The Warrior Project is a fitness community for women who are done with extremes: monthly challenges, real accountability, and training that future-proofs your body for the next decade, not just the next event.
Start your free week 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime. Zero guilt-trip emails."Our goal was never to make you the smallest version of yourself. It's to make you the strongest, most confident, most consistent one. And to make sure you never have to do it alone."
Most fitness programs are built for a 22-year-old with 90 free minutes a day. We built one for your actual life.
No 75-day punishments, no earning your food, no all-or-nothing. Every workout runs 20 to 60 minutes, with different program options built for different schedules, so training fits into your life instead of competing with it. Consistency you can keep beats intensity you can't.
Your 30s are when strength training stops being aesthetic and starts being insurance: muscle, bones, hormones, energy. We train for the decade ahead: lifting heavy things, carrying your kids, feeling strong at 40, 50, and beyond.
Group chats that actually talk, monthly challenges you do with people, and multiple in-person events every year. The workouts get you here. The women are why you stay.
Our community is full of women entering their 30s, in their 30s, and moms in every stage. Women whose bodies and calendars have changed, and who need training that respects both.
Every program works in a full gym or a living room. It's been our DNA since day one.
A fresh 30-day challenge every month with the whole community doing it beside you.
Protein-forward, family-friendly, zero "earn your carbs" energy.
Lifts, habits, streaks. Proof you're moving even when the mirror is slow.
Prompts and tools for the between-the-ears part, because that's where consistency lives.
Daily support, accountability threads, and group chats that turn into group plans.
Multiple community events every year: meetups, sweat sessions, and the kind of weekends where internet friends become actual friends. Because a fitness community that only exists in an app isn't really a community.
Members get first access to every event we run.
Real Warriors, real results. Same program, different bodies, different schedules, one rule: it's got to be done.

"I have always tried to stick to working out but always end up getting bored and giving up. Having an entire month planned out was awesome⦠this is the longest I've consistently worked out without giving up. It's really helped my mentality as well as my physical health."
"I've been using these workouts since January and I'm down 42 lbs! Truthfully the journaling helps so much⦠focusing on nutrition and finding balance! I've recommended this program to a few of my friends and they love it!"
"The biggest benefit I found was the community of like-minded individuals all striving toward the same goal. It makes it so easy to stay motivated when you've got people from all over cheering you on and supporting you. The workouts actually challenge you, but you're not doing anything outside of your comfort zone."
I started building The Warrior Project during COVID. Gyms weren't taking real precautions, I didn't feel safe in that environment, and I kept seeing women lose access to coaching and training entirely, right when they needed it most.
So while I waited for the world to feel safe again, I started creating programs you could do either at the gym or from your living room, filming workouts with my phone propped against a water bottle. No tripod, no business degree. Just a conviction that accessible coaching shouldn't depend on a building being open.
Then the challenges started taking off. By accident, honestly. And I realized I could help significantly more women through these programs than I ever could working a gym floor.
Sixty challenges and twenty thousand women later, that's still the whole point: training that builds your body up instead of running it down, a plan that fits your actual life (gym or home, busy or not), and a community of women who refuse to let you quit on yourself.
Come see what we're building. The first week's on me.

Sixty challenges don't build themselves. Welcome to the scrapbook: launch day chaos, costume budgets we refuse to apologize for, and the occasional water bottle tripod (old habits).
